CULTURATI is a Horizon Europe RIA project under grant agreement No 101094428, coordinated by Bilkent University, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Tourism and Hotel Management Department. CULTURATI is a global content platform that enables CCIs, creative professionals, and citizens to create content collectively for cultural heritage and arts across Europe. Consequently, CULTURATI curates content in its database and delivers the content in its database to end-user (consumers of cultural heritage and arts) in customized games (Q&A) and routes to attract and engage them with cultural heritage and arts more closely. CULTURATI can be used by venue and site-based CCIs (e.g. museums, art galleries, art fairs, biennial events, palaces, castles, historic town centres, cities), creative professionals (e.g. artists, authors, handcraft designers, freelancers, painters, film and animation producers) and citizens. Thus, CULTURATI will provide a platform for various groups in public (e.g. CCIs, social innovators, local, regional, and national authorities, sectoral partners, local SMEs, young people, minorities, disadvantaged groups and citizens) to include them in content creation for heritage and arts actively.

Enhancing Research and Academic Cooperation Between Latin America and Europe
Panama May 24, 2022
The Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the Technological University of Panama (UTP), Mgter. Alma Urriola de Muñoz, representing the Rector of UTP, Eng. Héctor Montemayor, met on May 24, 2022, with Dr. Juan Miguel Gómez Berbís from Carlos III University of Madrid, Spain. The meeting focused on discussing academic research and cooperation between both institutions, as well as exploring the possibility of developing doctoral programs.
Dr. Gómez Berbís, Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Carlos III University of Madrid, mentioned that the purpose of the meeting was to collaborate on programs that promote research and are aimed at the academic and research dissemination by various universities.
“Our university is based on how all academic processes can be exchanged and improved through technology. For this purpose, we want to create a network of digital transformation institutes between Latin America and Europe, funded by European programs like Erasmus Plus or national programs related to the national financing plan by the government of Spain. We have met with several universities in Central America, including Guatemala, and universities in Colombia and Mexico, where concerns about potential academics and doctoral programs have been shared with the idea of working together. UTP is a critical point within this network, not only because of its critical mass and the quality of academic and research but also as one of the main nodes of the network,» he indicated.
